Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all users of LootCodes, including guests and registered account holders.

If you do not agree with these terms, you must stop using the platform.

You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts in your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for maintaining account security, accurate profile details, and all activity under your account.

• Do not share access credentials.
• Do not create accounts using false identity data.
• You must promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

LootCodes sells digital products such as activation keys, gift cards, and software licenses.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchases grant a personal use license and do not transfer intellectual property ownership.

• Platform and publisher terms (e.g., Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo) may impose additional conditions.
• Region, language, and platform compatibility are part of the product specification and must be reviewed before purchase.

All prices, discounts, and availability are subject to change before payment confirmation.

Displayed currency and settlement currency may differ based on your location, payment method, and configuration.

Saving a payment method is optional. When you are signed in, you can save the PayPal account or card you pay with by ticking the box at checkout. A saved method is charged only when you choose it and confirm a purchase yourself; we never use it for automatic or recurring charges.

Paying with a saved method may not require a PayPal login or your card details, so keep your LootCodes account secure; we recommend turning on two-factor authentication. We may decline to offer a saved method for some purchases, such as gifts and direct top-ups, and your bank may ask you to confirm a card payment.

You can remove a saved method at any time in your account. We may remove a saved method, for example when it has expired, when PayPal or your bank withdraws it, when the order on which it was saved is refunded or disputed, or to prevent fraud. We will tell you before we change how saved payment methods are used.

Afterpay and Zip are available only for game keys and DLC paid in Australian dollars. They cannot be used to buy gift cards, top-ups, subscriptions or other stored-value products; an order containing any of these cannot be paid with Afterpay or Zip, and an order paid with them in breach of this rule is held for review and refunded.

• We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or listing errors.
• Taxes, duties, or local regulatory fees may apply where required by law.

All products have immediate digital delivery after payment approval. Some orders may require a security verification before delivery, as described in these Terms & Conditions.

A product is deemed delivered when the digital key or access credential is made available in your order flow, account area, or approved delivery channel.

Refund decisions are governed by the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

The Refund Policy does not limit any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other consumer law that applies to you.

Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in account restrictions, order cancellation, and access limitations.

To protect customers and partners, we apply risk controls that may include identity checks, temporary holds, and manual review.

Orders are subject to automated and manual screening before and after payment. We may decline, hold, or cancel a transaction, or request additional verification (such as confirming a phone number or providing proof of identity), where our checks indicate elevated risk.

We may deny, limit, or reverse access to services where fraud, abuse, sanctions concerns, or material policy violations are detected.

Creating or operating multiple accounts to circumvent our controls, purchase limits, or policies is prohibited and may result in the cancellation of orders and restriction of the related accounts.

Promotional offers are subject to specific eligibility requirements, expiration dates, and usage limits.

Promo abuse, manipulation, or automated exploitation may result in promo cancellation and account enforcement actions.

LootCoins is closed-loop store credit issued by LootCodes. LootCoins are not legal tender, have no cash value, are not redeemable for cash, and are not a bank deposit, gift card, prepaid access product, electronic money instrument, security, or financial instrument.

LootCoins may only be used to reduce the price of eligible purchases on LootCodes. LootCoins are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be sold, traded, loaned, or assigned. Accounts are personal and must not be shared.

Each wallet credit may have an expiry date. Unused LootCoins expire after the period communicated at the time of issuance (by default, twelve months from the date of issuance). Expired LootCoins are forfeited and cannot be reinstated except at LootCodes' sole discretion.

LootCoins are issued only to registered account holders. Guests cannot hold LootCoins; you must complete account creation before a balance can be credited to you.

LootCodes may freeze, cancel, or reverse any LootCoins balance that was issued in error, issued due to a system or pricing glitch, issued to a compromised or fraudulent account, issued on the basis of an order that is later refunded, charged back, or canceled, or obtained through abuse of promotions, multi-accounting, or manipulation of price feeds.

LootCoins redeemed against an order that is subsequently refunded in full, canceled, or successfully charged back will be automatically re-credited to your wallet. Partial refunds and wallet reversals are handled on a case-by-case basis through customer support, except referral rewards, which are adjusted automatically under the rules in our Refund Policy.

LootCoins issued as rewards (including signup bonuses, referral rewards and price-drop refunds) may be reversed, in whole or in part, if an order they were based on is refunded, charged back, canceled, or determined to be fraudulent. Except for the signup bonus (Section 10), a reward reversal takes the whole amount even if your balance goes below zero; later LootCoins credits cover a negative balance first.

These store-credit rules apply to customer reward LC. Approved creator commissions are recorded separately as creator LC, at 100 creator LC per US$1, and ordinary wallet LC cannot be converted into creator commissions. The LootCodes Creator Program Terms govern creator referrals, attribution, commissions, payouts and promotion, and prevail over these terms on those matters; a creator must accept them and these terms, and confirm having read our Privacy Policy, before earning commission. Approved creators receive the creator commission instead of LootCoins referral rewards for the customers they refer; those customers can still receive the welcome bonus.

Creator commissions are paid monthly, without withdrawal requests: each month in which a creator's approved balance is at least 5,000 creator LC (US$50), or a higher minimum agreed with the creator, our team approves a payout and sends it manually to the creator's verified payout details, to a Brazilian bank account in BRL for creators who live in Brazil, otherwise by PayPal or international bank transfer. Creators who live in a country we cannot pay, including countries subject to sanctions, cannot join the creator program. Currency conversion, fees and the other payout rules are set out in the Creator Program Terms.

If you open a creator's link or enter a creator code at checkout, and then pay for an eligible order while no creator is attributed to you, your eligible purchases on LootCodes are attributed to that creator for six calendar months from that payment, even if you do not use the link or code again, and the creator earns a commission on them. Later visits and purchases do not extend those six months. This does not change the price you pay. Our Privacy Policy explains, under “Creator referrals”, what the creator can see about these purchases.

When a guest checkout is converted to a registered LootCodes account, we may credit a one-time signup bonus in LootCoins. The exact amount is displayed in the account-claim flow before you confirm and is the authoritative figure for that offer.

Eligibility for the signup bonus requires all of the following: (a) the anchor order is in a revenue-recognized status (paid, fulfilled, completed, or delivered) at the time of claim; (b) the order subtotal meets the minimum threshold displayed in the claim flow; (c) the order was not paid, in whole or in part, with previously issued LootCoins; and (d) the order was not subject to a promo code or admin discount.

The signup bonus is one-time per user. Repeated or fraudulent attempts to claim additional bonuses through multi-accounting, disposable emails, or other circumvention are prohibited and may result in wallet clawback and account termination.

If the anchor order is subsequently refunded in full, canceled, or successfully charged back, the signup bonus will be automatically reversed from your LootCoins balance. If your balance at the time of reversal is lower than the bonus amount originally granted (because you have already redeemed it), the reversal is clamped to your current balance and no further action is taken. LootCodes does not pursue negative wallet balances for reversed bonuses.

LootCodes offers automatic price protection on eligible purchases. If the advertised price of a variant you purchased drops within the protection window (by default, three days from the order timestamp), we will automatically credit the difference to your LootCoins wallet at our next scheduled comparison run.

Only the LootCodes-advertised price is considered. Prices listed by third-party sellers, marketplaces, or competitors are excluded. Temporary price movements are filtered: we require the lower price to be available for purchase on LootCodes for a material duration before issuing a refund.

Eligibility requires all of the following: (a) the item has been delivered to you (a paid order that has not been delivered yet, for example one under review, does not qualify); (b) the order is associated with a registered account (guests are excluded — you may claim your account to become eligible); (c) the order was not discounted with a promo code or admin discount; (d) the variant has not been refunded, canceled, or reissued since purchase.

The refund is paid out exclusively in LootCoins. Cash or card refunds are not issued under this program. Minimum refund and per-item caps apply, as published in the checkout disclosure and price-drop email.

If the original order is subsequently refunded in full, canceled, or successfully charged back, any price-drop refund already granted in connection with that order may be reversed from your LootCoins wallet. The reversal takes the whole amount even if your balance goes below zero; later LootCoins credits cover a negative balance first.

LootCodes may adjust the protection window, minimum refund thresholds, and eligibility rules at any time for operational, fraud, or legal reasons. The rules in force at the time a comparison is run are the rules applied to that run.

You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with service operations, or attempt unauthorized access.

• No fraudulent activity, payment abuse, or identity misrepresentation.
• No reverse engineering, scraping, or automated extraction of protected content.
• No resale or redistribution where not explicitly authorized.

Services are provided on an "as available" basis, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty or other term or condition, implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Subject to that, LootCodes is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or access arising from third-party platform actions.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

If you are a consumer living in another country, you also keep the protection of that country's mandatory consumer laws, and you may bring a claim in its courts.

These terms are published in several languages. If a translation differs from the English version, the English version applies.

We may update these terms to reflect legal, operational, or product changes.

Changes apply to orders placed after the updated terms are published. The terms in force when you placed an order continue to apply to that order.
